The line-up for this year’s brand new and revamped Brisfest has finally been announced!

Taking place on 30th July, Brisfest aim to showcase Bristol’s “Home-grown musical landscape” over a ton of venues around the city. Howling Owl’s noise four-piece Spectres are one of the festivals big headliners, alongside Small & Mighty and Kahn.

Elsewhere, BLM favourites Oliver Wilde, She Makes War and Jesuits all have slots, whilst up and coming bands The Karma Repair Kit, Towers and Van Zeller all look to show just how fantastic the Bristol music scene is.

The stages have been curated by a number of Bristol institutions, including Bristol 24/7, Temple Records, CYN, Recreo and Jeli Recordsz. A really fantastic and intimate selection of venues have been chosen to host as well including: The Station and Courtyard, The Island, The Old Courts and Prison Cells, The Mother’s Ruin, The Fleece, Stag & Hounds, The Exchange, Small Horse Bar, The Louisiana, Crofter’s Rights, No.51, Start the Bus, Mr Wolf’s, and the Doghouse.

The festival is organised by Bristol Festival Community Group, a registered charity. Tickets start at only £15, but are being released on a pay-what-you-like basis in order to help support the acts involved. Read more about the ticketing system here.
