Bristol festival Love Saves The Day has announced the first headliner for its weekend of fun next summer. New Zealand ‘soul pirates’ Fat Freddy’s Drop will be topping the bill of the two-day event in 2017, the sixth year of the festival.

The event will again be taking place in Eastville Park, with stages being held by the likes of Futureboogie, Just Jack and Gutterfunk on the Saturday and Who Cares, Crack Magazine, The Blast, Run, Cult and Hold Tight on the Sunday. As always, the festival will be taking place over the May Bank Holiday, which next year will fall on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May.

Tickets are already on sale for the event, and those keen beans who have already invested will be pleased to know that Shambarber, Dance Off, Arcadia Afterburner, Twisted Theatre, Bump Rollerdisco, Inflatable Church and the Brystal Maze will all be there to provide extra fun for the weekend.
