Bristol’s Mouse is here to bring love back into fashion with her blisteringly good new single ‘3 Weeks’.

The Scottish-raised but Bristol-based artist – who you may have seen in Emily Isherwood’s band – was brought up on a mixture of emo, math-rock and heavy metal, but has condensed and polished the core elements of these sounds into brilliantly addictive pop, creating something wholly original that earned her a support slot for Dua Lipa.

‘3 Weeks’ is a moody, punchy banger, with glittering synths chiming over rumbling drums. Mouse’s impressive vocals drip down through the atmospheric productions’ spaces, oozing character and confidence, whilst stunning with their power and brilliance.

It’s glitzy, its direct, but there’s a lot to uncover in this sticky pop number.
