Inspiringly bleak, the new album ‘Excavation’ (release this 15th of April on Tri Angle) leads Bobby Krlic to explore an even darker realm than his debut.
The often sparse electronic elements cement the fluttering decay of samples into a more recognisable construction, while the undulating bass oscillates menacingly, as if you have woken up deep in the ventricle of some palpitating body.
