Bristol electronic five-piece Park Motive have won the revered Green Man Rising competition, earning the opportunity to open the main stage at Green Man Festival this year.
Having entered alongside nearly a thousand other acts, the group were part of a final six bands who played in front of a panel of esteemed judges – which included NME editor Charlotte Gunn and Moshi Moshi founder Stephen Bass – at The Lexington in London on Tuesday night (5th June).
Following their victory, the group have teased an incoming announcement with eclectic Bristol promotion and label Spinny Nights. Keep up to date with Bristol Live Magazine for more information. The band are set to play SN#7 at The Windmill in Brixton on Monday (11th June) with Zebrafi & GG Skips.
