3rd December | O2 Academy

Norwegian pop sensation, Sigrid, returns to The O2 Academy this festive season for her biggest headline tour to date. Following the release of her debut album, Sucker Punch, earlier this year, Sigrid fans are sure to expect a stand-out set brimming with her latest pop hits.

Tuesday 3rd December’s Bristol show is already a sell-out, and it comes as no surprise after the year she has had. From supporting the likes of George Ezra and Maroon 5 on tour, to playing the Other Stage at Glastonbury Festival in the summer, the 23-year-old pop star has already achieved so much.

It was actually Sigrid’s brother who got her into the music industry, back when he challenged her to write an original song and perform it at a local show with him. In 2017, the singer-songwriter released her debut EP, Don’t Kill My Vibe, and later won the BBC Music Sound of 2018. From humble beginnings to sell-out tours, Sigrid still has so much to give.

With effortless vocals and catchy melodies, teamed with her understated attitude, Sigrid is a true pop-performer who appears to be only just beginning her journey to stardom, and certainly one to watch as she continues to rise.
