The Thunderbolt To Host Forward 4 Wiz Trust Tour Finale

Remember Mega City Four? Exceedingly 90s British rock band and early Muse inspirers, they’re perhaps best known for forlorn number ‘Prague’, later covered by the afore mentioned stadium mainstays as a ‘Resistance’-era b-side.

Instrumental in this ode was the fact that, in additional to laying some musical waypoints, MCF frontman Darren ‘Wiz’ Brown passed away in 2006 after suffering a blood-clot in the brain. The following year, the Forward 4 Wiz Trust was created — a charity that continues his legacy by aiding emerging bands.

Thursday 11th September sees the trust’s latest endeavour, a tour featuring guitar bands Two Thirty Two and Parachute For Gordo, culminate at our own Thunderbolt in south Bristol.

Listen for yourself at the links above and visit F4WT online here to learn more about their work.
