Teasing us over the past few days, Bristol-bred festival Love Saves the Day have finally announced their line-up. Taking place in Eastville park over the May bank holiday weekend, the festival is known for its eclectic choices, cool-as-heck producers and pushing indie artists to the forefront, 2016’s line-up doesn’t disappoint.

Saturday sees Hot Chip taking the reins as headliners, with Mercury-nominated Everything Everything, sultry-songmaker Shura and Grammy nominee MNEK providing support. Grime lovers will be jumping for joy on Sunday, with Dizzie Rascal and Stormzy set to takeover the main stage. French trip hoppers, Chinese Man, iconic radio DJ David Rodigan, Warp Records’ Nightmares on Wax and New Orleans hip-hop brass ensemble Hot 8 Brass Band are also promised.

Nu-house and bass is the order of the day for the Cloud 9 stage, with garage royalty DJ Luck & MC Neat and Artful Dodger performing over at the Danceoff Stage – expect that one to be packed out after a few tins of Red Stripe. The likes of Joy Orbison and Hudson Mohawke will also be treating house and techno fans at the Paradiso Stage.

As you can see, Love Saves the Day have triumphed in their keep-all-the-kids happy line-up. From grime to techno, indie-electronica to straight-up pop bangers, it’ll certainly be a weekend not to miss. Grab tickets from their website now.
